The Disputes & Resolutions (D&R) assistance has been set up as mechanism to resolve issues related to:
- damages cause through Service Providers negligence
- poor quality workmanship and/or non-compliant issues
- Proven losses resulting from poor performance from the Service Providers
It is a mechanism to assist (mediate) disagreements or problems between our users & listed service providers.
Older Warriors maximum payout is R10,000 (all inclusive) per job/task should the dispute not be amicably resolved.
We know that mistakes happen. Sometimes people get upset or don’t get along.
The Resolution Hub aims to repair relationships and resolve problems.

Our offer of limited financial assistance for loses incurred to our users is based on a relationship that cannot be repaired.
Rules:
- User ‘Request’ must reflect the job accurately.
- User cannot change the scope of the work / or price outside of the ‘Requests’ system.
- Any monies paid directly to the Service Provider will not be considered for a Dispute Resolution or any Cover.
- Terms of Use apply to both the User (Customer) and the Listed Service Provider (LSP).
