A Transparent & Simple Fee Structure

Commission Structure

To cover technical and admin costs, we rely on a nominal ‘job completion % fee’ of 10%

10% will be deducted from all job successfully completed by the service provider.

Why the fee?

1. Site development, hosting and site security costs.
2. Administration & management expenses.
3. Marketing and brand development.
4. Disputes and Resolutions Assistance Program (D&RAP).
5. Warranties and risk mitigation.

The Process is Simple!

1. The Expert respond to ‘User Requests’ and agree with the client on price – via the platform messaging.
2. The User accepts the quote (called REQUESTS) and is auto-prompted to make the full payment.
3. The money is kept in a ‘Merchant Account’ and released to the expert on completion of the job, less the nominal % fee.

It’s that simple.

Therefore –

1. To ensure the process, all transactions must be conducted through the platform.
2. Violation of the terms will result in account suspension or termination.
3. Payment security and/or disputes resolution will not apply if work is conducted outside the the platform.
